Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfuerstendamm Hotel, Berlin

The hotel's location is convenient, near public transportation and a Christmas Market, with cost-effective prices and a variety of nearby restaurants offering discounts. The rooms, however, were small and cold, with an inconsistent air conditioning system that disrupted sleep. The service was a mix of lackluster assistance at reception and superb help from one stand-out staff member.

The hotel is located perfectly on the west side of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were reasonably sized and comfortable, although it felt more like a double room with an extra bed instead of three separate beds. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance, but somewhat indifferent to our concerns. The morning noise from nearby construction made it hard to sleep, though the central location was convenient for my business trip. The dining options were varied but not exceptional. Overall, it offered good value for money.

The location, despite not being ideal for couples, is excellent with convenient access to various facilities and vibrant spots in the neighborhood. The dining options, while fair, may not compete with the tastier and budget-friendly choices nearby. Overall, a mix of comfort and inconvenience.

The hotel had confirmed two months before my reservation that the rooms were spacious and very clean, which was great for my work trip.
